Triathletes: Tri-my-brew!
It’s Triathlon Season!! Get going, go strong , go far !! As many of you know, my commitment to the sport of triathlon is nothing new . I choose carefully the events I do. They should be USAT Sanctioned events. That way I know all safety measures have been taken to assure athletes are looked out for. No athlete is ever 100% risk free going into these competitions. …ok I digress a bit – by the same token, I choose carefully how I “Blend” my coffee – Coffees by their unique origin have unique flavors. You will have to trust me on this…not all coffees taste the same – Thank God , He gave me taste buds so I can differentiate a bit here – granted what I think about coffee may not be what you find when you drink yours – alot can alter coffee taste – water quality is one, temperature of that water before you “brew” – where your beans are stored..how long , etc…. the key is this: Buy fresh beans. Grind only what you need. Drink coffee w/in 2 weeks (I am talking about 1 lb of fresh roasted coffee from me , the sooner , the fresher , each time you open your bag – hello staleness , come in! )
Trigal Blend is a mix of 3 of my favorite origins. Aha. Just as a 5 star restaurant chef isn’t going to share a specialty recipe with you , well neither am I. It’s not that big a deal really. I just like comparing myself to a 5 star restaurant chef because I think my Trigal Blend is really worth 5 stars! : ) It’ ll get you to the starting line of your 1st triahtlon and see you through the swim, bike and run :) How bout that for a guarantee?
