Kenyan coffees are full of power and character ! This country can boast some of the most “vibrant” and “bright” coffees.   They will be higher in acidity too – it’s just their nature -

Going to charge my  Diedrich roaster with Kenya and Colombia beans in a bit. Weather is damp out  but comfy in roaster room… looking forward to a good full city roast.   Big events coming up this weekend at Lake Anna and want to be sure to have enough coffee for early morning setup crew and guests,. and get these out to customer before weekend :)  will report later!
