As many of you know, my commitment to the sport of triathlon is nothing new .  I choose carefully the events I do. They should be  USAT Sanctioned events. That way I know all safety measures have been taken to assure athletes are looked out for.   No athlete is ever 100% risk free going into these competitions.  …ok I digress a bit – by the same token,  I choose carefully how I “Blend” my coffee -   Coffees by their unique origin have unique flavors.  You will have to trust me …

Kenyan coffees are full of power and character ! This country can boast some of the most “vibrant” and “bright” coffees.   They will be higher in acidity too – it’s just their nature -

Coffee Fest is one of the largest coffee/tea trade shows , and this year it is celebrating in Las Vegas , June 12-14 ,2009.   I attended a few years back when DC hosted the event.   Trade Shows for me are a superb way to network and discover all the newest and latest trends in the coffee industry.  I also subscribe to a publication call “Roaster” magazine.
