It started as a small run club in Culpeper. Gradually over time, this group of runners morphed into multi-sport athletes – many of them have become triathletes, mountain bikers, adventure racers and leaders in our community spreading the benefits of exercise and competition
They host and help with a couple of annual events including the Annual Calorie Burner after Thanksgiving and the Frosty 5k in December.

As many of you know, my commitment to the sport of triathlon is nothing new .  I choose carefully the events I do. They should be  USAT Sanctioned events.
