I tried an East Timor roast last summer and really enjoyed this coffee. Honestly, I’m a roaster and obviously it is hard for me to prioritize my dozen – some origins – This one is an organic and Fair Trade coffee from Ermera , a district in East Timor, half of one of the easternmost coffee growing islands in Indonesia.

Surf’s up! Ride this one home!

I never know what or who  will inspire my next  proprietary blend!  Chris inspired this blend .  One of Robbie’s best friends and a second son to me – ok,  I have many “second sons”.. .Robbie is just that kinda guy…  Chris loves to surf! I think that’s why he moved down to Christopher Newport – I’ll never know how Robbie and Chris strapped a couple of surf boards to Randy’s taurus one weekend returning from the beach  – I wish I had a camera is all I can say  …
