Kenya

kenya2enya AA is smooth with a well balanced flavor. It is has become a favorite with many WBR customers and local cafes. Kenyan beans are growing in altitudes of 4,000 to 7,000 feet. The beans grow and mature slowly making them rich and flavorful with a nice complexity. These are a washed or wet processed bean, meaning the fruit of the bean is removed one layer at a time (coffee beans are the pit of a cherry!) Wet processing is expensive but it is regarded as a superior processing method as it keeps as much of the flavor in tact.
