I tried an East Timor roast last summer and really enjoyed this coffee. Honestly, as a roaster it is hard for me to prioritize my dozen – some origins – This one is an organic and Fair Trade coffee from Ermera , a district in East Timor, half of one of the easternmost coffee growing islands in Indonesia.
Ermera is an area of Timor-Leste (formerly called East Timor) with a long tradition of coffee growing and was the location of the main coffee plantation when Timor was occupied ...

Add this one to your collection this winter! Choose your roast (medium, dark, french) The flavor yield will vary according to each roast. I don’t mind a finer grind on this one with my drip – you will have to go coarser with the press.
Respond to this post if you are interested in individual bags (12 ounce only ) or Gift boxing : 3 bags , 12 ounces each . This will post to the web store soon. This looks really nice in our blue gift box.

Finally my shipment of Nicaragua Segovia is finally in ! I’ve had many a customer asking for these for months. Shade grown, Certified organic and Fair Trade. These beans are grown in the Segovia region of Nicaragua by members of the PRODECOOP, a cooperative of over 2000 families. This is gooood clean coffee with medium body and sweet finish – hints of chocolate and cherry.
PRODECOOP was established in 1993 to promote organic farming techniques, integrated systems of production, conservation of natural resources and economic diversification among its member. In 2004 ...

It’s Triathlon Season!! Get going, go strong , go far !! As many of you know, my commitment to the sport of triathlon is nothing new . I choose carefully the events I do. They should be USAT Sanctioned events. That way I know all safety measures have been taken to assure athletes are looked out for. No athlete is ever 100% risk free going into these competitions. …ok I digress a bit – by the same token, I choose carefully how ...
