Aaah Costa Rica. One of the most highly prized coffees in the world. Largely due to the fact that they are highly grown in rich volcanic soil . The region of Tarrazu is noted for its altitude and rich soil. this will explain a bright and clean cup. Some of our customers will settle for nothing but Costa Rican coffee. Colombian coffee is widely known as one of the world’s best coffees.  As the world’s 3rd largest exporter Colombian coffees are well balanced, medium bodied and bright.  A good roast will yield pleasing fruit tones, balanced by a caramel-like sweetness, and overall “richness”. They are the most highly marketed coffees in the world.  You undoubtedly have had a cup of Colombian, but have you had the “top notch” vintage coffee? It’s out there, just ask for it.

Many of you already know that Brazil is a coffee giant..It produces over 40 percent of the world’s coffee.While many of us in the United States aren’t too familiar with Brazilian coffee as a single origin drip coffee, many blends–both drip and espresso utilize this popular bean.  If you’ve had an espresso or cappuccino, there’s a good chance you experienced some Brazilian.  FYI, espresso is usually a blend of different coffees.  It is not  usually a single origin bean.  Brazilian coffees tend to fill in the middle notes of an …
