Hey ladies out there!      There is a fun and yummy way to network with other women who own businesses!  I attended this luncheon a couple of years back with my mother and sister – mainly because mom is a member of River Bend Golf and Country Club – it’s that comfort zone thing you know  – for those of you who  don’t have contacts in Northern Virginia, well now ‘s your chance !  It was so much fun!!!  I am going again..don’t remain so local that you forget …

Annual Turkey Trot in Remington, Virginia
It started as a small run club in Culpeper. Gradually over time, this group of runners morphed into multi-sport athletes – many of them have become triathletes, mountain bikers, adventure racers and leaders in our community spreading the benefits of exercise and competition
They host and help with a couple of annual events including the Annual Calorie Burner after Thanksgiving and the Frosty 5k in December.

Culpeper’s Bike Stop Pro Team  launched their Tri team into action over Mother’s day weekend at Lake Anna.  With contributions and sponsorship, this group will have a Pro team, Semi-pro and developmental squad.  Expect some community involvlement as this group in not about self promotion.  WIth triahtlon interest at a peak and a great sport to set high goals for, team managers Brian Marsh and Alex Forte and Current Team Members and Sponsors have their sights on helping promote, prepare and lead young …
