Finally my shipment of Nicaragua Segovia is finally in ! I’ve had many a customer asking for these for months. Shade grown, Certified organic and Fair Trade. These beans are grown in the Segovia region of Nicaragua by members of the PRODECOOP, a cooperative of over 2000 families. Thanks to the efforts of Bill and Marianne Swann, volunteer coordinators for this year’s Xterra Atlantic Cup event,  athletes were well hydrated, stayed on course  and  remained  at ease about leaving their high dollar equipment in the transition area !
